To begin the process of preparing for the Sacrament of Matrimony at St. Peter's, the first step is to contact the Parish Office and set up an appointment to meet with the deacon as a couple.
Before meeting with the deacon, carefully read our Marriage Guidelines. These describe in detail all of the steps necessary for marriage preparation at St. Peter's and also outline our wedding policies.
Once you have met with the deacon, the wedding may be scheduled in the Parish Calendar. According to the policy of the Diocese of Fort Worth, weddings must be scheduled at least nine months in advance.
